Why the remote lost the connection with the Amz Smart TV/ TV-Stick/TV-Cube after a long time?

If the remote control hasn’t been used for a long time, or if the device is connected with several Amz TV remotes, the remote may lose connection occasionally. It’s not broken; follow the instruction to re-pair.

If I am using Amz TV-Stick/ TV Cube connect with Sony TV or other brand TV, do I need buy/get another TV remote?
