I’m 5’4″, 140 lbs. I bought the long sleeved one in a Large. It was fairly roomy which is what I wanted. Hides my belly (yea). I probably could have gone with a medium. I washed it in the washing machine (cold water) and then took a chance and dried it in the dryer on the hottest setting. No shrinkage whatsoever – this point is a MAJOR deal breaker for me because most of my stuff ends up in the dryer anyway, unless it’s a finicky sweater or nice dress – even then, those sometimes end up in the dryer too (ugh). The sleeves are longer on me than what is shown on the model; probably halfway down my hand – but I like that. It easily stays up due to the cuff. The cuff isn’t too tight either – another PLUS. I also love that it’s longer in the back than the front as it covers the backend nicely. Nice lightweight, stretchy material that isn’t too hot and hangs well; doesn’t hug. Overall, a perfect shirt for me. I will order more in different colors and also in the short sleeved version.

Comfy and flattering

Needed a comfy basic black long sleeve shirt that would look good with leggings and I think I made a great choice. It’s loose like I wanted but still figure flattering. You can wear the sleeves down or scrunched up if its warmer. I especially like the cut of the bottom which is longer in the back to cover your tush 🙂 i’m 5’4 about 140 and got the medium i believe

I love this shirt so much! I initially ordered an x-large because I was on the fence with the back length. I’d rather it be a bit big and cover my tail than to fit right and be short in the back. Well, there is definitely no problem with this shirt covering front and back in leggings!! I’m 5’2 and 156 pounds (baby weight ) and a 36 C bra. I feel like that last statement does help sometimes And I absolutely do not have an athletic build.

Buying advice

I hope that buyers and friends can carefully measure the upper body size to avoid the trouble caused by replacement. Due to the elasticity of the fabric, there may be slight deviations between the actual size and the size described in the description.
