Why need to wait the water completely finish heating up before use. And why can not heat up always during using?

After attach the accessories and add water into the tank and heat up to use, steam cleaner is air leak, why this happen?

In this case, please press the” ON/OFF” Button firstly, after pressing once, the air leak issue will disappear so it can be used. If you still have this situation after pressing, you can tell us and we will handle this.

First of all, please check whether the safety cap is tight, if it is not tight, it may cause insufficient pressure.
