MAKING: Place the ice cream maker in the freezer at 0°F for 16-24 hours, install the drive assembly on the mixer, turn on the power, and then introduce the ice cream liquid into the freezer bowl. In 30 minutes you’ll have a dense and creamy homemade ice cream.NOTE: Do not stop stirring until ice cream is formed. If you stop, the ice cream may freeze to the inner wall and prevent the drive assembly from rotating
INSTALLATION:Port A of the drive unit is for 4.5QT/5QT Tilt-Head stand mixers and port B is for 6QT or larger Bowl-Lift stand mixers
