What is the fabric? Is this see through or clingy?
The floral printed material is 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex, solid color is 95% Rayon & 5% Spandex, very stretchy. It is a soft, flowy and good thick material, not sheer, that is always my main concern.
How do you wash this top? Do you recommend hand-washing or machine-washing?
I wash this top in cold water, gentle cycle and hang to dry. It looks great and fits well! Recommend hand-washing to keep its shape better.
Is there a size chart? I can’t find it. I watched both videos in description.

You and me both! I’m 5’1” and not only are pants hard to find that don’t puddle on the floor, but the very popular tunic style tops hang nearly to my knees. Assume you specify “petite” in your search engine? Good luck!
