How can I get audio from the TV’s USB port?
Connect the TV and transmitter using the USB to AUX adapter, then turn on the wireless earbuds and transmitter—you’re ready! If sound plays through both the earbuds and TV speakers, select HDMI ARC in the TV’s AUDIO settings to mute the speakers.
How can I get sound from both the TV speakers and the wireless earbuds at the same time?
Not all TVs support this output method. Please connect the transmitter to the TV and check the AUDIO SETTINGS. If USB connection is enabled, you should hear sound from both the TV speakers and the wireless earbuds in most cases.
Why is there static noise when using wireless earbuds to listen to the TV?
Please unplug the USB charging cable from the transmitter while watching TV. Charging during use may cause static noise. Charge it before use.
How can I maximize battery life for longer playtime?
The built-in 700mAh battery provides up to 30 hours of playtime. To conserve battery, turn off the transmitter when not in use. Note that it will not turn off automatically to allow instant pairing.
How do I adjust the volume on this wireless earbuds?
First, use the TV remote to set the TV’s output volume to a proper level. Then, press the ‘+’ or “-” button on the earbuds to adjust the volume. Note that the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons on the earbuds do not control the TV’s output volume.
